Apollonian disk packings have a surprising rich content of number theory, geometry and mathematical structures relevant to theoretical physics. These will be reviewed. Key words include: Minkowski space, integer sequences, Pythagorean triples, spinors, Stern-Brocot tree, and more. The talk is intended to be intriguing to every mathematician and accessible and (mathematically) entertaining to students as well.
