Mustafin varieties are a particular class of degenerations of projective space. Projective space, and their subvarieties, have many nice properties. Thus, one might wonder what aspects of projective geometry transfers over to Mustafin varieties. In this talk, we will explore this question through the use of tropical geometry. In particular, we will discuss the Picard group of Mustafin varieties, then describe an analogue of Bezout's theorem for Mustafin varieties.

I will give the definition of Le Gall for the equivariant KK-theory under the action of a Hausdorff groupoid, propose a construction for locally compact locally Hausdorff groupoids, and work out an example coming from foliations.
