About
I am a Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Colorado Boulder. I primarily teach undergraduate mathematics courses, especially calculus and related subjects.
Information about my current courses, as well as courses I have taught in previous semesters, can be found on my teaching page. I have course pages for current classes that I teach with relevant information and other materials. I also keep archived pages from previous semesters when they may be useful. Below are selected pages from calculus-sequence courses I have taught.
MATH 1150: Precalculus / MATH 1300: Calculus 1 / MATH 2300: Calculus 2 / MATH 2400: Calculus 3
My mathematical background is in low-dimensional topology and knot theory. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Oregon, where I was advised by Robert Lipshitz, and I completed my undergraduate studies at Boston College.
More information about my research, including publications and related materials, is available on my research page .
