Department History

We are beginning to collect information on the storied history of our Department, its students, and faculty. Please send us information on your recollections to mathalumni@colorado.edu.

Below is a book written by former professors Burton Jones and Wolfgang Thron, chronicling the history of the Department during its first century, starting from the time the first mathematics instructor arrived in 1878.
