Also some problems are on Chapter 2 material we won't have gotten to yet. Use your common sense. And use the supplemental problems in your text at the end of the chapter.

Also practice tests are available at the textbook website. Use the supplemental problems in your text at the end of the chapter, and write chapter summaries for yourselves. We will do review Monday in class.
They will each be designed to take one hour to complete, but you will be given one hour and a half to write them. They will each be cumulative with a strong emphasis on the material since the last midterm. Your worst midterm will count less than the best one.
Final Exam
Saturday, December 14th, 7:30 - 10:00 pm in KOBL 220 (our regular classroom). Material: 1.1-1.10, 2.1-2.3, 2.8-9, 3.1-3.3, 4.1-4.7, 4.9, 5.1-5.4, 5.6-5.7, 6.1-6.4. Practice finals with solutions are here More practice tests are available at the textbook website. Use the supplemental problems in your text at the end of the chapter, and write chapter summaries for yourselves. I have put the Study Guide (with full written solutions) on reserve at the math library. We will do review the last week of classes.
The final exam will be cumulative. It will be designed to take two hours to complete, but you will be given 2.5 hours to write it.
