Supplementary Instructions
--------------------------

In general, this series follows the basic specifications and style for
AMS monographs, as described in the "Instructions for Preparation of
Papers and Monographs: AMS-LaTeX".

One additional option is provided: the ability to start chapters on
left-hand as well as right-hand pages.  To enable this option, use
the following command at the top of your file:

    \documentclass[openany]{memo-l}

If the basic \documentclass{memo-l} instruction is used, every chapter
will start on a right-hand page.
