• Read §§8.3.4, 8.5.2, 8.9, 8.10 of Needham. We've already covered §§8.5.2 and 8.9 in class ; we'll talk about §8.10 on Friday. You may also want to look at the parallel discussion in §§5.2, 5.3, 6.1, and 6.2 of Howie.
