- Can you identify any problems with Needham's ยง5.5.2 ?
- Explain the following : if \( f \) is \( \mathbb C \)-differentiable and there is a point \( z_0 \in \mathbb C \) such that the \( \mathbb R \)-derivative of \( f \) at \( z_0 \) vanishes in one direction then it vanishes in all directions. In other words, if there is a vector \( v \) such that \( Df(z_0) v = 0 \) then \( Df(z_0) = 0 \).
