Scouting Report: A third-line grinder and penalty-killer for the Rainiers, Cooke doesn't have the size or skill to be a mainstay but his agitating talents do add to an NSHL club's arsenal. A fairly quick skater, Cooke is able to stay in position and defend his own end effectively. Is talented at getting the opposition off its game. A fan favourite.
