Carrie Muir is an is an instructor in the Mathematics Department at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she has taught since 1996.  She is also an undergraduate academic advisor, working with Mathematics majors and minors, as well as students in the Environmental Studies program.

Carrie Muir is active in the scholarship of teaching and learning, with a focus on research in undergraduate mathematics education.  Her other research interests include mathematical logic and postsecondary gifted education.
