About Me

I'm a mathematics PhD student at the University of Colorado Boulder advised by Jonathan Wise, with a graduation date of May, 2026.

My passions are in teaching and mentoring students, as well as studying and visualizing geometry. In terms of research, I am an algebraic geometer with a focus on studying and classifying degenerations of projective varieties. Part of this is studying relating structures of degenerate varieties to tropical geometry and combinatorics.
