Special conference rates have been arranged for the participants of BLAST 2010 in two hotels:

Best Western Boulder Inn

One Bed (King): $104.00 per night plus tax.

Rate includes deluxe continental breakfast and free wifi. The room block will be held until May 1, 2010, or when sold out. Reservations made after this date will be on a space-available and rate-available basis.

Boulder Outlook Hotel

Standard Double Room: $ 98.00 per night plus tax.
Pool Side Double Room: $108.00 per night plus tax.
Executive Double Room: $118.00 per night plus tax.

Rates include deluxe continental breakfast and free wifi. This special room rate is available until May 1, 2010, or when sold out.

Reservations: 800-542-0304 or 303-443-3322. Please identify yourself with BLAST 2010. If making an online reservation, add to the Comments/Requests portion of the registration form that you are registering for BLAST 2010. Reservations must be secured by a valid major credit card. Cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance of arrival. There is no penalty for a change in length of stay.

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 12:00 noon.

Residence Halls

Room and board packages including 5 nights lodging and 5 breakfasts with arrival on June 1 and departure on June 6, 2010, have been arranged for the participants of BLAST 2010 in the Residence Halls of the University of Colorado.

Rate per person in single room: $381.18, including tax.
Rate per person in double room: $224.63, including tax.
Rate per child (ages 6-12) in double room: $ 77.21, including tax.

Room and board packages cannot be broken, and no refunds will be given for missed nights or meals. Early arrival on Monday, May 31, or late departure on Monday, June 7, is available at an additional cost, and does not include breakfast.

Housing registration deadline: May 21, 2010.
