Problem of the Month March Problem
No eligible solutions to the February problem were submitted. Congratulations to Shervin Rahimpour who is the winner of December-January Competition! The Problem of the Month Competition is sponsored by the Department of Mathematics and supported by the Undergraduate Initiative Fund. Each month during the academic year a problem will be posed whose solution requires only undergraduate level mathematics. We welcome written solutions from CU undergraduates. The author of the first acceptable solution will win the first place prize of $50, and the second acceptable solution will win $25.
